The short version
You can browse public event galleries without an account. Private photo discovery is optional. Creator and organizer information is used to run the service they requested. We do not sell personal information.
Public event galleries
Organizers and WTAE control which event media is published. Published images may be visible without sign-in. If you have a concern about an image, use the removal contact below and include the event name and enough detail to locate it.
Private face-assisted discovery
The public product does not require biometric matching. A live matching feature may be enabled only after a separately reviewed processor is connected. It must use explicit purpose-specific consent, a documented retention window, deletion, revocation, access controls, and a confirmation step before treating a candidate as your photo. WTAE does not currently expose that live feature.
Organizer requests
We retain contact and event details to review, scope, communicate about, and operate an activation. A request is not a contract or automatic marketing subscription.
Creator applications and insurance
Applications include business contact details, portfolio, availability, acknowledgements, and coverage status. Insurance certificates are stored privately and available only to authorized operations personnel and reviewed service systems. Coverage information is used for readiness and assignment gates. Licensed partners control policy eligibility, pricing, terms, and issuance.
Security and retention
Production data uses role-based access, row-level security, private storage for restricted documents, event logging, and environment-separated secrets. Retention schedules must be configured before launch for each record class; legal, tax, contractual, incident, and insurance obligations can require different periods.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete applicable information, withdraw optional consent, report an image, or ask how a decision was made. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
